This notice covers two surfaces: our public marketing website (stillbound.ai) and CaskIQ, the private, login-gated workspace for provisioned business users. Neither runs advertising or cross-site ad tracking. This notice explains the limited cookies and similar technologies each uses.
1. Marketing website analytics (stillbound.ai)
On our public marketing site we use two analytics tools to understand aggregate visitor traffic:
- Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-friendly and cookieless. It sets no cookies and collects no personal identifiers.
- Google Analytics 4 — sets a measurement cookie. It runs with IP anonymisation and Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics storage is denied by default and is only enabled if you choose “Accept” on our cookie banner. We do not enable Google advertising or remarketing signals. You can withdraw consent at any time by declining the banner or clearing cookies in your browser.
This section applies only to the public marketing site, not to the logged-in workspace.
2. Strictly necessary cookies (workspace)
We use cookies that are essential to operate the workspace and keep your account secure. These cannot be switched off because the service does not function without them. Under the ePrivacy rules they do not require consent, but we disclose them here for transparency.

3. Product analytics (workspace)
Where a customer has usage telemetry enabled (off by default), we use first-party product-analytics measurement to understand aggregate feature usage. This is keyed to internal account identifiers and does not capture cask contents, operational records, or marketing identifiers. It can be disabled at tenant level on written request.
4. What we do not use
- No advertising or remarketing cookies on either surface.
- No cross-site ad tracking, data brokers, or sale of any cookie-derived data.
- No profiling cookies. Your operational records are never used for analytics.
5. Managing cookies
On the marketing site you can accept or decline analytics cookies via the banner, and change your mind by clearing cookies. In the workspace you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and using the service.
